Premier plan in Anstrex Dropship allows you to manage teams of multiple people who can selectively manage your stores via Anstrex Dropship Web App and Chrome Extension.
The procedure varies depending on which store platform you are using and are described as follows:
Team Management for Shopify Store Owners
It is important to note that Anstrex Dropship relies on Shopify's internal staff/team management feature for addition, removal and permissions of individual team members.
A] Add a Staff/Team Member in Your Shopify Store
- On your Shopify store's admin console, go to Settings > Users & Permissions > Staff section.
- Click Add Staff
Create Staff/Team Member Account on Shopify
- Provide team members credentials and gran permissions as described below
- If you intend to allow the team member to manage products on your store (add/remove/edit products), please grant Products permission
- If you intend to allow the team member to manage orders on your store (fulfill orders, change the order status), you must grant Orders permission and all the secondary permissions under the order tab
- You must grant permission to access Anstrex Shopify App to allow him to access Anstrex platform as shown below
Grant permissions to Stafff/Team Member
B] Staff/Team Member Accepts Invitation and Connects with Anstrex Platform
After the aforementioned information and permissions are granted, the store admin can click Send Invite button and the team member will receive an email from Shopify inviting him to connect to the Shopify store
The team member will be prompted to create an account Shopify's platform as shown below
After the team member creates a Shopify account, he/she will be asked to accept the invitation from your store as shown below
The team member will now be able to access the store. Next, he needs to click on Apps and Anstrex Dropshipping as shown below
Upon clicking the Anstrex Dropshipping link as shown above, the team member will be directed to Anstrex Dropship platform and will now have access to the Anstrex platform.
If the team member does not have permissions granted for Product or Orders, he/she will see an error message when they try to access respective sections within the Anstrex platform as shown below
When the team member tries to exit the Anstrex Dropship platform, he will be prompted to create a password to easily access the platform in the future using his email and password. Alternatively, he will also receive an email from Anstrex which will provide a direct link to create the password.
Congratulations, your Shopify store staff/team member is now fully integrated with Anstrex Dropship platform.
Team Management for Woo-Commerce Store Owners
Unlike Shopify, team member management for Woo-Commerce store owners is entirely managed on Anstrex Dropship platform as described below:
A] Create a User On Anstrex
On Anstrex platform, create Team Accounts entry on the Dropdown menu under your user name as shown below
Click on Add User button to create a new team member as shown below
On the following dialog box, please provide the following:
- E-mail address of the team member
- Store(s) that you want the team member to access
The team member will receive an invite via email from Anstrex. In the email, there will be a link to create an account on Anstrex Dropship platform. This link will direct him to a web page as shown below
As shown above, the team member will provide his First Name, Last Name, Password and Password Confirmation. After successfully completing this form, he will be able to login to Anstrex Dropship using his newly created account
After the team member has created an account on Anstrex Dropship, the admin will have to grant him appropriate permissions by clicking on Change Permissions button as shown below
Clicking on the button above will present a dialog box as shown below. This dialog box will allow you to manage the permission for the respective team member.
After granting the desired permissions, the user is fully integrated with your Woo-Commerce store.
Deleting A Team Member
You can easily delete a team member from your Shopify Admin Console by clicking on the Staff Member's name and then clicking on the Delete button at the bottom of the page as shown here:
Alternatively, you can delete a team member from the Anstrex platform by clicking the Remove button as shown below:
Managing Multiple Store Membership for a Team Member
Once you create a team member within Anstrex, it is extremely simple to add the particular team member to a Woo-commerce store by clicking on the dropdown under Change Permissions dialog box as shown below:
If you wish to provide a team member access to multiple Shopify stores, you will have to repeat the described procedure for Shopify store for each store.
